Le comunicazioni con Emily sono state sempre molto efficienti e rapide per tutte le informazioni richieste. La zona è tranquilla, silenziosa e molto ben servita dai mezzi pubblici (buses e tube non lontana). Non vediamo l'ora di ritornarci. "

"I loved the coziness of the property with the mix of cultures and being modern at the same time. I loved the books! Perhaps a few more things in the kitchen ie. potholders, another tea towel, broom. Perhaps some instructions right in the kitchen for how to use the stove and hot plate for those who are not familiar. Overall, I would love to stay here again!"

"Sticky not stunning. Beds and bathrooms were clean but we left a hotel to have a kitchen to prepare meals due to allergies. The kitchen was dirty! Every plate, silverware and glass had to be washed first. The pots were not usable! Stove had one working burner, smell refrigerator. THE NOISE was awful from major construction next door and we had a problem with the heat blasting and the mint co could not help us. Construction crews had ladders in garden which we couldn’t use because it had litter...
