"Amazing. Stayed here for one night for a concert at the stadium. Great location and they upgraded us ( 3 ) to a family suite. Very nice staff and lovely hotel. Will defo stay again x"

"Very friendly staff, excellent customer service. Went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Given the size of the hotel, there was a decent amount of variety. Room was of good size. One downside, although there were lifts we had to use stairs to get to our room on the mezzanine floor. As we were travelling as a family with a child in a pram this became a little difficult. "

"Everything good, check in , room , food all great One issue…a jobsworth at the grill restaurant…empty restaurant at 6.30pm (not a single person there) I walk up and say table for one , he looks at me, looks at his list, sucks his teeth and after a pause says could you come back at 9.30pm! His manner was rude and full of himself rather than explaining there was a part of Yanks in and it would be full in 20 mins. So went to the bar and they were great and had the same food without the ego! "

"The modern room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I slept well, not disturbed by any other guests. The biggest win for me was the fantastic value for money which meant I could afford a 5 night stay. Buses into the city were frequent though I could walk to town centre in 15-20 minutes. "
