"We stayed by way of an emergency after our planned accomodation fell through.
The hotel was clean, staff friendly, good breakfast, car park on site plus huge one meters away. Very near Spinnaker tower and its actually on Gunwharf Quays Shopping Outlet. Very near Isle of white ferry and foot ferry and a short walk to Hovercraft. Loads of good eating choices very near. Our room was well used but comfy, some plugs didnt work and a lack of USB charging points was a surprise in this day and age, The...

"Was a little apprehensive on the stay here after only paying £33 fit myself and grandson. I needn’t of been. Yes the place is dated but it was clean, no smells and the bed was comfortable, and there was extra pillows in the room. Tea, coffee facilities were good too. We didn’t go into the bar area. Will defo stay again. Only downside was the reception staff, not overly friendly however I did arrive just as she was eating food."

"I was nervous, booking a room which was so inexpensive.
But DELIGHTED with the hotel. Yes, there were reasons the price was low, but FOR ME, it was an *excellent* hotel.
Enormous room by modern standards. All fixtures and fitting working 100%. Very friendly, helpful, professional staff. Lovely towels, bed linen. Immaculately clean, new, fresh.
Delightful location. Stunning NT woodlands and "Devils Punchbowl" only 500' from the hotel. WONDERFUL play area for kids... all manner of things to...

"The condition of the room was dreadful. Tatty, tired, worn, scruffy, grim - not somewhere you would want to spend time and definitely not priced to reflect this. We would have been disappointed had it been half the price. I will say that the cleaning staff did a good job as our room was clean at least and it must be difficult to make a room like this clean. However the duvet cover was torn, the carpet was worn, the paintwork chipped and flaking, bathroom very basic. The whole thing needs...
