"Less then 10 min walk from airport shuttle bus I took and just a few minutes away from all the sites in Old Town Split. Was clean and comfortable and had a mini fridge which paired with Tommy supermarket nearby helped me stay on budget. "

"We had a lovely stay at Guesthouse Imperator! It started with a very warm welcome to Croatia by Krešimir who picked us up at Split Airport (pre-booked with Marina) and then once parked up in Spilt, lead us on foot to the guesthouse (helping us with our luggage too). "Where to start? Everything was amazing. The staff could NOT have been any more helpful. The room was amazing - perfect temperature throughout, lovely bathroom. The location was beyond belief - as soon as you leave hte hotel you're virtually at the temple of Jupiter it is all so central. The breakfast was also incredible - so much, so much choice and all fantastic. Can't recommend the place or Ivan and Edita enough."

"We could bot be happier than staying here, the sweet host Ivika, we talked to her everyday, she even baked me a cake when i was sick for a few days. We felt like home, and we didnt want to leave again, even the neighbours that lived everyday life there was so kind. We will came again for sure, we miss it so much, the old town was 1 min away, i never found out how the tv worked but we didnt need it anyway. We think of you Ivika, and hope that your husbond is a little better. "

"Great place to stay in old split city if you like to stay mostly around that area and take boat tours. Close to restaurants, green market, Riva, beaches and many tours. "We had a great room overlooking the promenade. Spacious, clean, comfortable with kettle and fridge. Location perfect, lots of restaurants, bakeries, gelaterias minutes away. Decent Spar supermarket round the corner. Bus (to airport) and ferries about 15 mins away and even a ok-ish swimming beach a bit further along. Hotel staff helpful and cleaning service excellent. Being on the promenade it was a little noisy at night, but not too bad. Would go back. "
