"The property is lovely, and the staff was very accommodating and hospitable. Only concern was the penthouse elevator kept breaking down and we had to wait for staff to come and fix it."

"We enjoyed the room. 309, with a sweet balcony overlooking the main road. Copa Cabana next door is the highlight of the trip. Must have for meat Lovers. Staff at hotel was friendly, room was clean, view was sweet. Hotel is older but comfortable and clean. 2 clean pools. Niagara is quaint, safe and fun. "

"The staff gave us our room early as we arrived by Via Rail before noon. So nice to be able to get things inside our room before our 130 tour started. Used the whirlpool after doing the boat cruise and were wet. Towels at the pool. Clean amd comfortable. Right in the center of all the attractions for kids at night and dining. Will do this again and stay here. Excellent staff."
