"Staff was helpful. It’s an older building, so no AC, but it’s San Francisco so the climate is mild. Elevator is turn off the century. "

"The hotel and rooms are clean and up to date. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a nice touch and it was nice to have coffee ready to go right when you wake up. The neighborhood is getting better with the Yurba Buena partnership actively cleaning the streets and keeping the un-housed moving. At no times did I feel unsafe walking around the area. People who are not familiar with the plight of San Francisco may feel different but the area is exponentially better than even a year ago....

"We lived this quaint hotel! It self homey and like we were in the past. Cozy fireplaces and cookies and brandy at 4pm. So fun!"
