"Stayed 11 nights and really enjoyed it. This place is located inside the Playacar gated area. Nothing super special about this place but boy did we feel comfortable and relaxed here. The servers in the restaurant and beach cafe were just awesome. Special shout out to Noe and Samara. These 2 were just a step ahead of the other excellent servers. "The cleaning lady does an amazing job of leaving the home clean. The management team's communication, Luis, is fairly quick; we had a couple of hiccups, and they assisted us right away. The location is walkable, there is a small restaurant, bakery and OXXO 5minutes away. It takes approximately 25 minutes to walk to The Reef Hotel side entrance to the beach and about the same to reach Playa del Carmen mall and Avenida Quinta.
