"The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The food was really good, and we also loved seeing the wildlife throughout the resort. It made the experience feel unique and added to the overall atmosphere. The only downside was the gap between breakfast and lunch. Breakfast ended at 11:00 a.m., while lunch didn’t start until 12:30 p.m., so it would have been nice to have food options available during that time."

"My family and I had an amazing experience, since the moment we arrived everything was spotless. Our room has a small pool perfect for our kids, breakfast was high quality and all restaurants have amazing presentation and good portions. It’s on the expensive side but you pay for what you get. The Spa was really relaxing with attention to detail in every single interaction. We came back home recharged and ready to continue. Can’t wait to visit again."

"Outstanding food, friendly staff, well maintained and a beautiful location. Only minus is that the property's beach doesn't have that crystal clear blue water due to the seaweed. But you can leave on snorkeling outings or rent jet skis. The multiple pools and restaurants were so nice that it didn't matter. We would go back again. Traveled with a 4 year old and 15 month old. And they had a great time."

"The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!"
