"Hotel is excellent. Big spacious modern rooms. Staff is excellent. Food was awesome. We also saw the Joya show for the second time and it was fun. It might seems expensive on the food and drinks, but when you add it up with room price it is similar cost to all inclusive hotels. But this one is way nicer."

"My family and I had an amazing experience, since the moment we arrived everything was spotless. Our room has a small pool perfect for our kids, breakfast was high quality and all restaurants have amazing presentation and good portions. It’s on the expensive side but you pay for what you get. The Spa was really relaxing with attention to detail in every single interaction. We came back home recharged and ready to continue. Can’t wait to visit again."

"The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!"

"Biggest problem is that it’s in the middle of nowhere so unless you know for sure you’re there for the wakeboarding, I would not stay there. Other than that the room was pretty ample and nice. Food was fine."
