"Absolutely wonderful place! Beautiful, relaxing, and everything smells so good! My only complaint is the pool is unheated! My 2.5 year old had purple lips within 10 minutes of playing in it in 80° weather. The pool largely remains empty, as it’s just too uncomfortable."

"They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!"

"Work was great. The drinks were fine. Good burger was good. The kids had a good time. One complaint is the stores prices or merchandise is outrageous. $80 for a stuffed animal is a crazy ask for. They would make so much more money if they charged $20-$30 I would’ve bought four or five of those things."

"my husband and myself stayed for a week and had the most wonderful time. All the staff are wonderful. We did not encounter one person that was not kind or willing to help when needed. We did stay in the privilege section and although did not use the beach area or quite pool we still feel everything else included was worth it. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"The hotel is nice, but I wouldn’t visit again. The bungalows are dated and the water below is murky and filled with seaweed. We couldn’t use the beach, because of the seaweed. They were working hard to try and remove it, but it didn’t work. The food is delicious, but the menu doesn’t change much, so after 3 days, we were bored with the food options.
