"Everything about this resort and our stay was stellar. No complaints. Exceptional service by Alfredo, Margarita, Juan and Edith especially .
Staff and guests so friendly. Food at buffet bit hit and miss but overall good. We had the Privilege package and i highly recommend. Felt really spoiled.
One negative was the chair saving at pool and beach. Difficult to get decent spot unless you get there by 5 or 6am to stake your spot with your towel
Overall we loved our stay and will be back!"
