"Booked for an early morning flight, location is perfect for the airport and would use again. Room very nice and comfortable. Booked half board and included diner was tasty. Breakfast buffet was decent but the bacon was really inedible which was really disappointing. Great staff who are very helpful, a lovely bunch. "

"Kind and caring staff, beautiful location next to river; close to a lot of the lovely places to visit in New Castle. 10 mins from Central Station therefore close to metro, busses and train to anywhere you would like to venture if you want to. You can easily spend a couple of days around the walking distance anyways, nice scenery, nice restaurants and nice people. Glad we picked this hotel."

"Hotel is excellent …… no problem at all …… but parking is absolutely awful ….. limited outside and expensive elsewhere….. BEWARE !!! The bus gate / MONEY Gate towards the Glasshouse and Baltic ….. it’s a Gateshead Council Cash Cow !!!!! So be warned and forearmed !!!!! And avoid going along the quayside to a car park that does not exist ….. only to trap you into a £70 fine !!!!!! "
