"Loved the hotel. Beautifully done and brilliant staff. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good. Would have liked to give 5 star however there were a couple of issued. Firstly the bar area was cold. People sitting having a drink with coats on. We decided only to have one then retire. I dont like cold. It was mostly caused by poeple waiting in the large entrance causing the main doors to remain open. The second was the thermal spa. This was...
