"I have stayed in this hotel several times over the years. It is very conveniently situated across the road from the airport terminal and a short journey to the NEC. "The grounds are really lovely. The sauna was nice but the pool was far too busy and looked unclean. I did not go into it.
Breakfast was fresh coffee was lovely and hot.
Evening meals were cold and had to send it back a few times. Also they got it wrong. But it was replaced as soon as it was mentioned.
Check out is far to early and does not make sense for breakfast to finish at 11 and checkout especially on a weekend.

"Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Die Poolzeiten waren für uns mit Kindern leider viel zu knapp . Aber das war auch unser einziger negativer Punkt. Wenn man den Tag nur im Hotel verbringt sind sie sicher ausreichend . Da wir aber die Gegend erkundet haben, haben wir ihn nur einmal für 15 Minuten nutzen können bevor die Kinderzeit zu Ende war.
Die Golfanlagen waren sehr gepflegt.

"Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful.
We used the pool and it was great, bedroom was refurbished clean and comfy beds.
The breakfast was disappointing, they stopped serving at 9am, we arrived down to breakfast at 8.30am 2 adults and 2 9 year olds.
