"Thé apartment was very good, but for people of 78-81 years of age, hauling luggage up to the 3rd floor was very hard. We were unaware of the fact there was no elevator. We had booked a very nice VRBO with an elevator and outdoor terrace. We were moved to this apartment which was not comparable. The heat spell made the apartment uncomfortably hot, which we understand cannot be helped, but we were pining for the terrace that we had paid for that the the first apartment had."
