"The hotel has a lovely lobby, pool area, bar and balcony. You are on the main street but a level up and that keeps it quiet and enables a great view. The most memorable part of the experience is the buffet breakfast every morning. There is a large staff busily preparing food to order every morning. I was partricularly impressed by Sinthia who is one of the buffet managers for the hotel. We had a lovely stay."

"We stayed in a honeymoon suite and it was absolutely perfect, I want to note that that room has two bathrooms with two showers, which was perfect. We were in room 520 and we absolutely loved it. The room is very divided into two so it’s great for people who are traveling in groups of three. The pool was very clean. The The Italian restaurant was by far our favorite the lasagna and chicken were amazing! We also enjoyed all the other restaurants. The drinks were great and the wine there was actually delicious, usually I don’t like the wine at the all-inclusives. The staff was all super friendly and definitely took care of you! The ocean was absolutely beautiful. It is easy to access from the stairs. I wish I would have gone in sooner to snorkel. The fish were incredible to see. It is definitely a resort for relaxation. This is not a party resort. We absolutely enjoyed our time here and it was definitely one of my favorite resorts I’ve ever been to!!! Thank you to all the staff at fiesta Americana. "Amazing time, the resort has got to be one of my tops places to stay and relax, food very good, drinks perfect(strong), staff was very approachable and accommodating, definitely worth it and yes we will be coming back. Had the pleasure of having my daughter’s wedding there at Dreams, the people were so wonderful that I actually got to sit back and watch the process come together. "Staff was great as always! Rooms were nice and the maids were very attentive! Breakfast was good. Dinner buffet was eh, but the mexican theme night at the buffet was really good. Nice pools and nice beach even though the beach was drawn back due to the hurricane a few years ago. All in all i would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in cozumel. The island is a gem!"
