"My group was very nicely welcomed by the Hotel staff. The room service, restaurant, and club waiters are kind and professional. The spa was also good. It is a short distance from the Great Pyramids, and the concierge assisted us in going there safely. All the people we interacted with in the Hotel were kind and served us promptly. I want to mention: Mahmoud, Amal, and Ragab at the restaurant for their outstanding service. The cost was worth booking rooms facing the Pyramids. Very good experience...
