"Great location and dining onsite and around the area"

"Had a wonderful but brief stay. The hotel is beautiful - like a Victorian club but with all the modern amenities. The staff are responsive and welcoming. Our room was luxurious (small but to be expected for Europe) with all the amenities, including milk in the bar fridge for us tea drinkers. Had a tasty complimentary welcome cocktail on the terrace when we first arrived. We didn't have time for breakfast but got a takeaway box of scones (piping hot and delicious) and pain au chocolate -...

"What a beautiful property! The hotel is about a 20 minute easy bus ride into downtown Dublin (the stop is just outside the hotel). The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is FANTASTIC. Rooms are a little dated, but that can easily be overlooked for the other positive things. We would recommend and would stay again!"

"This is my second stay at this hotel on the same trip and I'm blown away at how wonderful the front desk staff is. They are more than friendly. Upon our first meeting they were warm, engaging and abundantly helpful, storing bags, securing tours, providing directions and then offering us all water. "Customer service is exceptional. When we checked in, we had a second floor, and some construction was happening on the floor above. The front desk staff were accommodating and placed us on the fifth floor. We are delighted with the time we spent there. We highly recommend the hotel."
