"Nice resort, clean. Staff mostly friendly, think sometimes a little overwhelmed with the influx of tourism but I'm sure over time, they will get the hang of it! Rooms cleaned, fridges restocked daily. We had a swimout suite, wish we had known it was in the shade for most of the day, so quite a bit cooler than main pools. Good selection of foods each day, always something to choose. Beach was nice & close to resort, very little seaweed issues (we went beginning of December) water a little...

"The resort was wonderful. My favorite part was how clean everything was. Housekeeping not only cleaned well but every day they would come by later in the evening and ask if we needed any towels, etc. The food was also good. 5 different restaurants where you can dine but be aware you have to make reservations for two of them. "Everything from the moment we arrived at the resort was perfect! Randy our butler was amazing! He helped us with everything we needed and wanted. We felt very special as soon as we walked through the door. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The entire resort is impeccably maintained. Beautiful pools and that beach is heaven. "Amenities were top notch. Positives: Not a long ride from the airport. Property trolley, numerous food options, day and night events, shopping on site, staff all excellent. Able to book excursions on site. I will return and recommend. Next time I will not pack as much. Negatives: not muxh. I'd add a full length mirror on the wall next to the bathroom and a cpl of adult only hot tubs. "
