"Melia hotel has been by far one of the best hotels we have stayed at. From cleanliness to service to amenities, everything was great. The only thing I would say it needs improvement is the staff at the snack bars, the employee who was by the riviera pool needs to be shown what good customer service is about other than that everything was great "
