On the other hand, I would like Expedia's reservation process to be more explicit regarding accommodation payments, as sometimes the charge is made directly and other times they collect at the hotel, as was the case here, which confuses the customer."

"Rooms were clean, bed was unusually creaky, any slight movement and its making a bit of noise. Probably just our room though. Could also not figure out why the shower refused to dispense anything but hot water, and after a long day in the sun (NASCAR race at Coronado) hot water was the last thing I needed. Apart from that, room was great, hotel staff was very friendly, overall a great experience."

"Very disappointed in the Bonvoy Group for what is clearly premature opening of a new hotel. The hotel is 3 weeks old as of month end 6/26. Still too many things don’t work. Room on the first day: AC could not be controlled, TV didn’t work. Room on the second day: bedside lights and electrical outlets don’t work (too tired to move again). Staff very enthusiastic and helpful, facilities all brand new. But still too many kinks to work out. Will be a nice place when it all settles, but for now too...

"Room wasn’t clean and you can tell there was hair by the tv right out in the open wondering how they missed that gum was under the couch and lots of dust and hair behind the chair I don’t know if they rushed but it wasn’t clean right..also house keeping walked in the room two times they knocked one time then just rushed inside didn’t give us no time to go open it we didn’t make a big deal but still not cool"

"The shower leaked. I told the front desk about it but they didn’t seem that concerned, so we had to deal with water all over the floor when we showered. Housekeeping staff took the extra pillows we requested so we had to ask for them, and wait for them, a second time."

"Best advice I can give to others is find a different hotel. When I arrived to my room I checked the bathroom. It was disgusting. The toilet itself was dirty. It had hair on the toilet seat and behind the toilet. When I complained I wasn't offered a different room or to have the bathroom cleaned. I had to ask if they could clean the bathroom again. The staff of the front desk is not friendly at all. The man that checked me in seemed annoyed. I did interrupt the video he was watching. I went in...

"Description should advise that this is a high rise with the hotel being on the 17th floor, parking on the 11th floor, and the ice machine on the 21st floor. The garage was a scary spiral that you didn't want to keep going up and down."

"Have stayed more than once. Smell of urine in lobby on night 1 but was resolved last two nights!! Needs a good cleaning. Enjoyed our room and time but overall not the cleanest !!"
