"Great staff."

"The room was very tiny but for one person and one night it did its job. It was a bit annoying being in the 6th floor with a lot of heavy luggage as there were a few stairs to navigate and the lift was slow. The AC worked great and the duvet and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly."

"Room had past guest dirty socks, old contact lens case, missing towels. Staff made us wait for our room, however was providing rooms to others that arrived after us. Bar staff was very helpful with helpful celebrating my sons 18th birthday. "

"Lovely little place to stay. Easily walk to two different Tube stations. Rooms are small, so may not work well for long stays. AC and heating work well. Everything was clean and well maintained. "

"Our room was in the -1 floor so it was dim, damp and can use a bit more ventilation. Location is very convenient, just few minutes walk from St Pancras station. Room was clean and we had a good night's rest. "

"The queue for breakfast was 20 minutes long. Not good enough for a 4 star hotel. The pool only took 10 people at a time and was therefore really difficult to book. I tried to book it the night before we arrived as it helps my chronic pain condition. The hotel wouldn’t allow this despite me telling them I had a medical condition and had booked the hotel because of the pool as it helps with pain. "The room was clean and had a coffee/tea bar. The shower was very small. I loved the boutique feeling of the hotel and it felt private and pretty quiet. Also, location was great. Close to multiple tube stations and good walking distance to Notting Hill. There is a narrow stairway up to the lift and some stairs also to get to the rooms so it would not work for someone with mobility issues. "

"This was the perfect location if you want to be close to Victoria Coach Station. The hotel is only a few minutes walk away. There are a lot of food options within 5 to 10 minutes including restaurants at the Victoria tube station. We needed 1 room with 2 single beds. This hotel was the perfect location and great value for money. "
