The hotel has access to nice three floors mall. "

"The Tolip is posh. We booked a 2-night stay here only because we changed our cell chip to a local number and the hotel.com app gave us this option. However, the rate was for Egyptian residents only. When we arrived at the front desk, we had to pay an extra 155 dollars. Because of a promotion, the front desk clerk gave us an upgrade to a room with partial view to the ocean across the large avenue. Breakfast was included, which was very good with all the essentials - fruits, breads, vegetables,...

"it was clean and effective place. the facilities that are hot tube, pool, sauna were clean. the around of hotel is a shopping mall, you can find whatever you want. i don't like shopping mall soul for this reason i didn't like around the hotel, but you may like if you like this type of places."

"We enjoyed the beach and the sea, but it would be better if the hotel could find a way to remove the seaweed. The beach towels provided by the hotel were disappointing, as they had many large, unsightly stains. On the positive side, we appreciated the all-inclusive services and the friendly staff at the bars who served drinks. It would be helpful if the hotel could include more options, like ice cream, in the all-inclusive package. The three daily meals were good, and the restaurant staff...
