"Room was clean and comfortable, but main bed was only a double not a queen (a bit squishy). Staff were fabulous - courteous, friendly, accommodating. Restaurant was amazing - great atmosphere, even better host and the best wait staff."

"This hotel was really good value for money. I would not bother paying for the breakfast as this was over priced. The rooms were clean and comfortable but it did say that it will be changing to a premier inn soon and the rooms will all be having a make over. I would stay here again if returning to Newcastle."
