"Hotel molto pulito ovunque, camera piccola ma molto accogliente. Colazione varia e di ottima qualità. Check in fai-da-te non molto piacevole per chi arriva da un lungo viaggio ma il personale, tutto gentilissimo, è sempre a disposizione per un aiuto. Un ringraziamento particolare al signore calvo simpaticissimo della sala colazione e a Richard W. alla reception. Il personale disponibile e gentile fa sempre la differenza. Spero di ritornare presto qui."

"There was only 1 public wc for the guest, i had to check out at 10:00 and waited at the lobby for train departure. Just before leaving, I wanted to go to wc and as it's broken and the hotel wasn't helpful , they refused NO. Not convenient for any visitor with big luggage to move with the desire if peeing on the way to train station"
