"Wow, this place is wonderful. I think I lucked out getting a low price since it just opened in April. Staff went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. The pool is lovely. The restaurant staff are nice but the food wasn't great. I ate dinner and breakfast there. The breakfast does have a ton of options though. I got some Italian dish for dinner and that was the wrong choice. The room was really nice and even had robes for you to use. Would stay here again but wouldn't eat here."

"The staff were all lovely, including the airport shuttle drivers. The hotel is nicely decorated,the pool and garden area are a bonus. The room I had was very spacious, comfortable bed. The hotel is walking distance from a large shopping centre. Airport shuttle eas quick and on time"

"Great location , in the heart of city centre . Great location if you’re interested in shopping and exploring the area. Staff are amazing and so welcoming . They have coffee, water snack and fruit 24/7 . The bed is very comfortable and you will have a great sleep . The room is not fancy but comfy and anything you need is there. If I ever go back to Madrid I will stay in the same hotel."

"Clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast was good too. The shuttle service to and from airport is a plus! The only issue was the room keys did not work at times and the lady at the front desk made us feel it was our fault, other than that everything was fine."

The location is excellent, making it a convenient place to stay, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The only downside was the nearby parking. The spaces were extremely tight, and even with a small car, parking was quite difficult. If you have a larger vehicle, it could be even more challenging. Overall, it was a good stay.
