"The staff were immediately helpful when the key card wouldn't work. They were also helpful in getting me something to drink after a heavily warm day. The room was basic but useful The bathroom was efficient in the use of its space. Breakfast was a refreshing start to my morning, especially the fresh water on tap, being nice and chilly. The wifi was quick enough to be useful and not a hinderance like larger hotels. It was easy to travel to and from my hotel of choice."

Really big bathroom Very hot but it was a hot evening outside The check-in was weird because we were asked to pay £5 for parking which wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking process. Considering it’s a motorway services accommodation, there’s really no choice unless we parachuted in. The hotel should have the honesty to include it in the price at booking."

"An absolute gem situated very close to all the amenities Leamington Spa has to offer. We received a wonderful warm welcome from Hannah and told to treat it as our own home and come and go as we pleased. Martha greeted us on the first morning and cooked us a fabulous breakfast. First class from start to finish"

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"The room was big and the bed comfy, with the staff friendly, however having just reopened it is in need of some work. One wall mounted socket (head height) for a TV coffee machine and a kettle, with the kettle cord not reaching the plug was not good. The amenities were lacking in the shower, and there was rust on the frame holding the wash hand basin in the bathroom. All of which was disappointing. Also £20 for breakfast was a bit steep!"

"Can’t recommend this place highly enough! Extremely clean rooms, bathrooms, the staff are so friendly and they can’t do enough for you. The breakfast is one of the best we’ve had in any English hotel and we stay in many! No problem parking, either in the forecourt or on the road. We highly recommend this hotel."

"Hotel is great location for nearby attractions. Staff where amazing helpful and always available an on hand. There was a wedding party on one of the nights an it made no difference to our stay we could not hear the party or music. The hidden gem here not only the lady who assisted us throughout who was just lovely but the food in restaurant from breakfast to dinner amazing quality and value for money we didnt eat anywhere else.
