"Great location for Twickenham Stadium. Car parking was a bonus, especially for the rugby match day. As my wife Fiona's birthday were given complimentary breakfast and couple of drinks vouchers which were much appreciated. Thank you. First time staying here, and will defintely stay again."

"Have previously stayed at the Harbour Hotel Christchurch and have always hada lovely time. This time we did a short one night stopover at the Richmond property having visited Kew Garden fo our wedding anniversary. Hotel staff were delightful even presnting us with a small cake in hono of our anniversary. My wife loved the spa and the whole experience was super."

"GROUND FLOOR WINDOW PRIVACY - Room totally as expected, no issue. However we were staying in a ground floor room and there were no net curtains or a window privacy film so we had to have the curtains shut during day light."

"A great little find, rooms are clean, well decorated and staff are attentive and friendly. The communal hallways could do with a little maintenance, but the rooms are lovely and by FAR exceeded expectations of 3 star accommodation. Parking is also free which is hard to come by! Would certainly recommend and stay again :)"

"We spent 3 nights at the Hilton Syon Park. It's a nice hotel and the hotel staff is quite helpful. We did not use any amenities except for the bar and breakfast. The outside sitting area is very nice. Walks into town are fairly short and there are plenty of places to eat in town. The main issue we had is that one of the bar staff was very unpleasant and difficult to deal with and made using the bar uncomfortable. On the other hand, the blond woman who works in the bar is wonderful and treated us...

"Very clean and very welcoming. Great for airport stays, lots of public transport nearby including the London Underground and TFL bus services. The chilled bottle of water upon arrival during the very hot weather was especially enjoyable after a long ride on the tube. Plenty of takeaway restaurants nearby."
