"I’m in the middle on this because we had a few issues that were never resolved, the staff was helpful and responded to my issues but issues weren’t resolved either, very low water pressure on the 7th floor, toilet wouldn’t flush but about every 5th time, no pressure in the shower, went to the front desk and asked for help, they sent maintenance almost immediately, but he came in with a plunger and plunged the toilet, language differences between myself and the maintenance guy hindered our...

"Staff was very friendly and kind. Elevator makes a squeaky noise at each floor. Gym doesn't have dumbbells or free weights. Only cardio machines."

"Our room was very neat and clean, it’s set up kind of like an apartment so there’s a fridge and stove which is nice for those staying longer. The breakfast was your usual continental style breakfast but it was also nice"

"The room was not the size I expected. I booked a suite with multiple beds, but there were only two twin beds and one sofa bed. The sofa bed didn’t have pillows and had stains on it. When I went downstairs to ask where the bedding was kept, the receptionist told me they would provide it. I didn’t end up using the sofa bed because it was placed directly in front of the A/C, and I didn’t like that setup at all. Breakfast also had very limited choices"

"Place has great location but fire alarm went off and we had to leave our rooms at night. Stayed on first floor by request and it was very noisy"

"I was in the room less than 12 hours and was charged for an additional day that I had already paid for by Expedia. I want my money returned that you took from me. Also, there weren’t enough towels in the room and there was a cockroach in the closet."

"The rooms were spacious, clean, and stocked with dishes and utensils. The staff was friendly. There was an elevator down but we only stayed one night so it wasn’t too bad. The hotel was literally 10-12 minutes away from the airport which was awesome as well. My family will definitely be back."
