The staff was amazing and super friendly. The room was clean but is a little outdated. The breakfast every morning was perfect and they had so many options. You can not get any better location wise!

Harrah's Cherokee – A Caesars Rewards Destination
The sheets were very uncomfortable. Felt like sand paper. I had to go buy some soft ones. Our wait for fast food pick up was an hour. The room spelt like smoke when we walked in. The toilet is very low to the floor. The room can use some up the date furniture

Country Cascades Waterpark Resort

Deer Ridge Mountain Resort
The pictures did not match the actual condo. It was dirty and disheveled. The bookshelf was broken and all of the paintings on the wall were crooked. That wasn’t a huge deal but an indicator that is it not well kept. The carpet was filthy. I found food on the dining room floor and a bloody tissue ...
