"This place was beautiful and all food and drinks were great but I did have a problem, I am disabled and I have trouble walking and for a person like me to go to a resort like this one was hard to get around it was just to much walking and no benches to sit and rest if ya could install benches around the property it would be great for us older folks to enjoy ."

"We had a wonderful stay at Barceló! Everything was great, from the delicious dinners to the drinks and service at the bars. The resort was beautiful, and the staff made our experience enjoyable. The only thing to note is that the beach area in front of the resort has some rocks, so water shoes are helpful. However, if you take a short walk to the next resort, the beach is absolutely beautiful with a much smoother sandy area and perfect for enjoying the ocean. Overall, we had a great vacation and would definitely recommend Barceló for a relaxing getaway!"

"Great stay for the money. It’s on the harbor side but there’s public beach access within walking distance. The hotel provides free bikes if walking isn’t your thing. Rooms are clean and have a typical hotel layout. The patio is equipped with a hammock and a beach lounger. There’s a small pool to cool off in. There’s a small bridge across the edge of the lagoon that forms a pool inside the property with fish. The restaurant is everything waffles (even a burger waffle). Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it! Food has chef vibes! I recommend renting a golf cart for shopping and access to more restaurants. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Coconut bar is about 1/4 mile away. Cheers!"
