The issues I did have were with the initial information provided by the resort staff regarding the military action being taken by the Mexican authorities to suppress the attacks of the cartels located throughout Mexico including in Quintana Roo where the TRS Yucatan hotel was located. Initially there was a lack of information which lead to anxiety and fear of what was ocurring outside...
