"We had a delicious breakfast each day at the Maya Beach Buffet, with exceptional service from Sylvia and Yarela, on the outside patio. We had memorable meals at different à la cartes, all of which were great and fun to try. We took part in activities at the Caribe pool in the day and had great lunches at the grills by the beach. We loved being on the beach and at the adults only pool and had no trouble finding loungers each day. Can’t wait to return!"

"The swim up family room was everything we needed and more, its actually 2 connecting rooms with 2 swim out pools. We had more than enough room for a family of five with 2 adult size kids and one 7 year old. The couch converted into a small bed and the King size bed is huge and comfy. "Booked the couples romantic room. Ad says pool on your terrace but it’s a big bathtub, we would fill it up and the water leaked out after 20 minutes. Room was nice but the only plug in the bathroom was broken and sparked when you plugged something in. The outlet used for the coffee bar was also broke and would come completely out of the wall. The coffee pot was broken and took 3 days to get one that worked. The power in our room went out due to the faulty plug in the bathroom and it took them...
