"We were worried after reading a few reviews but very happy with our stay overall . Rooms were huge , very high end place and in a great location. Beautiful beach but a bummer not advised to swim due to dangerous undertow .. The one pool was closed for renovations but there were still 2 open , so it didn’t bother our stay. I will say only the following were “downsides”: 1. On check in you get charged 72 a day resort fee plus 200 a day for incidentals up front ., which felt like sticker shock for a 7 day stay . We had food from all the restaurants and it was all so good . Everything is super expensive however. … drinks at $18+ each , a can of Diet Coke $6. Housekeeping services were not the best . We were clearly out of toilet paper and was not restocked . Seemed they did the minimum like empty trash and make a bed whether we tipped or Not . A lot of reviews complained about it being a noisy hotel at night . I did not find that to be the case . There was a lot of night life but we weren’t bothered by it in our room . It was more of an adult vibe although there were kids . Overall I loved our stay , loved the decor and cleanliness of the hotel , loved the food, loved the location. Didn’t love that it was massively expensive ."
