"What a gem of a find! Lovely hotel, recently refurbished from derelict and oh my what a wonderful job they have done! Decor is bright and clean. Amazing view of the bay from the huge lounge window. Single room was clean and comfortable with en-suite bath, shower and toilet. A working TV with all the channels which was unusual in my experience and much welcomed. "What a wonderful B&B. The owners greeted us on arrival, very friendly couple who showed us our parking space and helped with bags to the room. The room was bright, spacious and clean. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Coffee and tea facilities were good. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, was a traditional English breakfast with cold options available. Would recommend to everyone, delightful property ideally located in Newquay. Thanks!"

"We booked a family suite which is lovely - very modern and tastefully decorated. A lovely tea/coffee area and bottles of water weee supplied. Both bedrooms have patio doors opening out onto outside area. The views are amazing and it is just so peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was amazing - THE BEST bacon!! Would highly recommend this place - ideal for walkers. "

"Warm and friendly B & B - Gill and Martin were the perfect hosts - just outside Looe amid the beautiful countryside. Great breakfast (Martin's mushrooms) and not to be missed - inhouse bar for 6:00 drink. Our hosts couldn't be more helpful in providing details for local attractions / transport / dining options. Highly highly recommend for getaway with local feel."

"Breakers is a short walk from Fistral Beach and Newquay, the double room was a good size, bed was comfy and room was clean. Shared bathroom was clean and there was a couple available so didn't cause an issue. A great value place to stay to have easy access to Newquay, there is on street parking which was full, but a public car park is available over the road, for £8 for 24 hours."
