"Staff is wonderful and kind, very accommodating. We stayed here with a lot of family members for our wedding, we got a beautiful spacious suite with the best courtyard views. The rooms are so beautifully designed, the whole villa is just dreamy and true Tuscany. Breakfast is amazing with so many options and so fresh, so delicious! Service is great too. "Old style but impeccably kept hotel. Like the good old days and it is well located, just two blocks from the train station and three blocks from the Duomo. The rooms and hotel in general are beautiful. The operation is run great and the service is very efficient but don’t expect to get any smiles from the personnel. They do their job, well done but there is a lot of arrogance still. Also the rooms don’t have easy access plugins. I have to use only the one in the bathroom, the others are behind...
