"Our room was a clean roof over our heads. But you look out the window or come through the front door and the trash cans are running over. Not a good look."

"I was given a handicapped room, which would have been ok generally but - the bathroom floor, with built in drain looked moldy and poorly cared for and the bathroom fan was hanging off the ceiling. But the kicker was that the shower did not get hot - at all. I was able to switch rooms, and I appreciated the staff making the change. But then I was told the entire work out room was “out of order” so that amenity was not available. The new room was adequate, but very dated. I will not stay here...

"We had a wonderful stay at Wayside Inn. Our host, Joe, was very helpful and was a great chef! Our breakfasts were very good and got us ready for the day ahead. Parking was not a problem and the surrounding yard was shady and pleasant. The giant oak in the front is reported to be 200 or more years old. Our room and bath were well maintained. "We had our teenagers with us and 2 rooms. Housekeeping barged in on us, knocking and opening our room at 8:30 am after being out late at a concert, checkout is at noon and they woke us up! Bathroom was very dirty, dark hair everywhere and toilet was gross. Bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work.
