"Cyan needs major renovation work Soft beds and hot water were the most reliable things in my jacuzzi room. Staff made my trip the most memorable, a huge thank you to Ricardo and Manuel, Ismellie and Mariana. "Definitely not five star. Room was beat up, balcony door didn't lock, closet didn't stay closed, patio furniture was filthy (rust stains). Food was weak, lobby worn out, loud pool music 12 hours a day - don't get a seaview unless you don't care about noise. We couldn't take it and left early and got no sympathy, got hit real hard by $1000+ in cancellation fees. Seems like hotel has an identify crisis, way too far from the action to be a decent party hotel, yet luxury is lacking, price too...

"Sunscape is a smaller resort with many great benefits. Once your in the common area everything is only steps away allowing for any activity within close proximity. Ocean, beach, pool, food, sports bar(no sound for sports). Food was great although the restaurants did not have AC which was uncomfortable for some people. Kids area was quite hot due to being on the lagoon side with no ocean breeze. Some rooms had better AC than others. The staff was truly amazing and helpful. Within walking distance...

"It's a lovely property with hard working, kind staff everywhere. My room was comfortably appointed as was the outdoor seating areas of which there were many options. Brunch at the on site restaurant was outstanding. The concierge was helpful whenever I had questions. The hotel staff handled minor errors quickly and my stay was enjoyable. I'd stay here again. "

"The breakfast was good and fresh. The room was clean BUT the bathroom sink was cracked and slooow draining. There were no safety bars in the the big shower with great water pressure. I was really disappointed in the ocean. The room was advertised having crystal clear waters. And it was anything, but the beach in front of our hotel was full of seaweed from one end of the beach to the other.And going into the water ten fifteen feet.Nothing but seaweed, nobody wanted to go into the water."

"コンパクトなホテルでしたが非常にコスパが良かったです。ブラックフライデーのセールで、一室 合計2.8万円でした。
プールや海が目の前にあり、オールインクルーシブでのみ食べ放題で、オシャレなレストランが二つあったり、ウェルカムドリンクや、アクティビティもありました。また部屋を少しだけアップグレードして頂きました。
3泊以上すると、オールインクルーシブ以外のレストランが使えたりしました。
ただ、プールサイドで朝11時から19時くらいまで、音楽がすごい音量でかかっており、部屋でも聞こえたので、気になる人はいるかもしれません。予約後、部屋を相談した方が良いかもしれません。"
