"The service was excellent from the moment we entered the hotel, from reception, bar staff, spa/gym facilities were all very welcoming and helpful. The room was immaculate and the shower was amazing! Very quiet and relaxing hotel. Very accessible to walk into the Latin Quarter but far enough to be away from the noise. Only downside is that we found the parking to be a little far if you are to carry luggage with you to and from the car to the hotel (it’s up hill so it’s easier on the way back)....

"Breakfast was very good, and plenty of staff and well organised. Nice bar and dining area, only gripe is the floors creak a bit and could hear noise from other rooms. But apart from that it's very good and reasonablely priced."
"We enjoyed our three night stay at The Twelve hotel in Barna. We decided to try staying outside of Galway and used bus and taxi to get in and out of town.
The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious (we had a King suite). The morning breakfast was excellent.
While Barna was not particularly walkable, we were able to take the city bus both into Galway to explore the city and take an excursion to the Cliffs of Moher, as well as to the ferrys to Aran Islands.

"Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and very tasty.
Hotel room was clean, good amount of space and the bathroom was of a good size for a family.
The Swimming Pool being attached to it is a godsend and it was great to get in there. It's busier in the evening than the morning, but theres a lifeguard and things for the kids to use in there as well.
There's also a kids playroom that is manned in the evening with all sorts of things for all ages.
The bar, restaurant and coffee rooms looked...
"We stayed in the penthouse apartment. This was a real treat. It was stunning with a great kitchen, lots of space for everyone and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this again. "
"We loved our stay in this hotel, it was clean and well kept. We had dinner on our first night in the hotel restaurant which was amazing. The live music entertainment whilst having a drink in the bar was good too. It was in walking distance of the main bars and shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
"Thank you for a lovely 3 night stay recently. An excellent breakfast buffet was included with our reservation and the hotel offers a wonderful restaurant/bar for dinner. All staff was attentive and informative. Just an fyi that sometimes, the toilet didn't flush well. Thank you for everything. "
