"We like the location as it's very tranquil, 10-15 minutes walk to Hammersmith Station. Good restaurants nearby. We had one meal in the bar which was very nice. The room is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. They will help you with your luggage if asked. There is no lift to the rooms. "I loved this hotel which was set in a converted school, right next to a park. My room was on the top floor of the annexe. It was beautifully styled and spotlessly clean. Thw breakfast was delicious, although I wasn't too keen on the coffee. Bar service was superb, especially from the lovely Kavi. The only downside, for me, was the lack of USB sockets i. The room but this was easily sorted by borrowing an adaptor from reception. Great proximity to the Royal Albert Hall, just a no 9 bus ride away,...

"We stayed in a Superior room. Bed was large and really comfortable. Room was clean with air con already on when we arrived. Really helpful staff carried our luggage and showed us to our room and explained everything to us. Breakfast had a huge choice including hot and cold and was really tasty. We had an an enjoyable stay"

"This is a lovely place to stay. It is in a quiet residential street with no noise at night. It is close to Olympia where I was spending some time so just a short walk to venue was great. The staff were all super nice, the breakfast buffet was really good and for £9.99 I thought it was good value. The room I had was spotlessly clean. I had a single room which was all I needed and it was super comfortable. I will definitely look to stay here again."

"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

Im Außenbereich stehen 3 Tische, an denen man bei schönem Wetter frühstücken kann. Sonst keine Sitzmöglichkeiten zum frühstücken. Zimmer sauber aber klein. Zum schlafen ausreichend. Der Stadtteil Hammersmith ist super um schnell überall hinzukommen. Wir würden wiederkommen."

"At first we were placed in a room that was cramped with a bed anchored against a wall and neither of us could sleep in this cramped space. We tried unsuccessfully to sleep for 3 nights at which point we decided we would have to go elsewhere for the remainder if our stay as the night manager indicated the hotel was full.
