"The employee at the front desk was helpful in relocating us to "their last king room" (which is what we booked) after putting us in a queen room. She was also helpful in printing some documents for me since the printer in the 'business centre' didn't work. I was disappointed that a 'hotel and conference centre' didn't have better business services and wifi that kept cutting out. Wifi was also very slow - it took about 20 minutes for my emails to get to her. The restaurant was great - large...
