"Hotel and staff FANTASTIC!! But it is impossible to speak to a real person with hotels.com. I booked a wrong date in error so tried to get this changed. First of all i had to get past the chat bots then chat to a person (maybe) and was told the offline team would contact the hotel to change it. "We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen! I would definitely recommend Creates to anyone visiting Monmouth! <3"
