"We did not sit by the pool. The buildings and lay out were somewhat odd and oversized. The room was great. We went north a ways to enjoy the beach, as there was too much weed on the beach and in the water to enjoy the beach by the resort. The other Westin location where we had the presentation was much nicer. Our concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable."

"The bedroom was clean. Our toilet/ shower had separate rooms. The toilet room would be very warm when you’re trying to use the bathroom. The shower leaked out into the room every time you used it, you would have to get a towel and wipe up the water. Our phone and safe were broken. The door conjoining our room with our friends room was broken and unusable. Maintenance fixed the phone and safe on the first night. The door was unable to be fixed. "Beautiful beach, excellent staff and a beautiful hotel. On the smaller size compared to some of the other Riu’s, but also more intimate. Our room was clean, modern and had a nice view of the ocean. I would say all the rooms likely offer a great view of the ocean. The food selection and quality were also impressive. For those that do come here, don’t forget to tip the help. They really are the ones that make this place top notch"

"My partner and I went in April for our first vacation together. We were a little worried after reading mixed reviews about the food/drinks. Everything exceeded our expectations! The food was fantastic and portion sizes/variety were great. We read something about drinks being watered down but we honestly felt the opposite. The staff were amazing, very kind and friendly! Aaron and Melinda (I could be spelling her name wrong) who work at Co-quette were especially delightful going above and beyond....

"We had a great stay everything was above and beyond however when it came to golfing we were treated like we were just a no one, my husband is a pga professional, we picked this resort for the amenities but also to golf …they wanted to charge a riders fee golf club fee along with others totaling$499 with said. credits we golfed in puerto rico and never had this issue and were told that’s the us …. why have a jack nicholas course if you can’t honor pga professionals, when i went to the front...
