"Very good"

"We stayed 2 separate times during our trip when we had flights leaving and arriving in Cairo. The shuttle to the airport was fast and easy. The shuttle pickup from the airport was also super easy. All of the staff ate very helpful and friendly. Everyone speaks english. Highly recommend the room that comes with the butler lounge (alchol and non alchol beverages, snacks, desserts, fruit). We loved having beers at the pool bar and the Oranjerie Restaurant food and service was excellent. The rooms...

"Service was great. Breakfast was a terrific buffet. Staff took good care of us. The room was clean. some stuff needed repair, and something really confused me. I asked to extend my stay, and the front desk person told me they were sold out. I went up to my room and booked it on Expedia, and came back downstairs and the very same person extended my stay....... very odd."

"Everything was fine, except the refund of the deposit my room is quite late. Until now, I still not receive the refund of 1 night charged at my credit card (because my friend made the full payment by his credit card). The hotel said they need 5 days for the refund, but it now 9 days already (I stay from 15 to 18 Jan 2020). My booking number at Hotels was: 9211066727534."
