"As always, this stay was such a treat. The property is lovely, expansive, and very central, with a large variety of dining options. I was in town for two nights before traveling to their Sharm property for a weeklong stay. The real highlight of the stay is, unsurprisingly, the amazing staff. "The entire staff goes above and beyond. Special shout out to Maria in the pink jacket! House keeping was great. Restaurants were nice. Pool attendants did a great job. This property was under some mild construction but you will easily forgive that for the rich palace history and amazing detail. Very happy with our stay."

"Everything was fine, except the refund of the deposit my room is quite late. Until now, I still not receive the refund of 1 night charged at my credit card (because my friend made the full payment by his credit card). The hotel said they need 5 days for the refund, but it now 9 days already (I stay from 15 to 18 Jan 2020). My booking number at Hotels was: 9211066727534."
