"We hd to messge on WhatsAp to get a key for the safe. There are stairs. The reception is down a very steep hill. You have to get a golf cart up to the top. The bridges take about 20 minutes to walk youself. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Happy hour 2 for 1. 4 to 6 pm. The bartender started late. We got there at 4:10, he said it would take 20 minutes to set up, so we left. "

"This is an incredibly beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. Moses is awesome and greets you with a smile every time he sees you. The bar is convenient, although the drinks are very expensive outside of happy hour. There is wildlife all around the hotel, from three different species of monkeys to scarlet macaws, to iguanas and frogs. It's in a great location within walking distance from anything you might need. Highly recommend. "

The room was spacious, spotless, and had a balcony overlooking the yoga deck and walking trail (currently closed). "Lovely self-contained apartments. Dennys and his team were very friendly, helpful and approachable. We had booked a superior villa, but on arrival we were informed that that room was not available due to essential maintenance, so were given two villas, which suited us and our adult daughter better, giving us all more space to relax.
