"Lush garden. The lobby has plenty seating.
Did not enjoy the hotel. I do believed I didnt get the room that I paid for. The air conditioner was first so loud. The man came and bridge it with a piece of wood. We had to turn it off and use the fan. The bathroom had rust on the soap dish holder and the shower curtain rod. The room had a musty smell. We cut the trip short and left Sunday instead of Monday."

"This was the third time my family and I vacationed here. We love that this property accommodates for larger families and you can obtain a house rather just a hotel room. The staff go out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need and considering how large this property is they do a great job of maintaining it. Food at the restaurants is excellent and well priced. Beach is clean and because of the retaining wall the water is always calm. Highly recommend."

"A very charming and well maintained hotel. It’s right across from Playa Las Ballenas one of the best beaches in Las Terrenas and walking distance to the all the restaurants and shops. We had a 4th floor studio with stunning views of the ocean and pool. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially at the spa and restaurant.
