"This is such a clean hotel in an ideal location for everything in Prague… we stayed 3 nights and the room was kept so clean and all staff were friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed breakfast to start the day. Snacks were available at lunch time if you’re in the vicinity. The only disappointment was the lack of Coffee in the room… not the end of the world as you can grab coffee past reception after 7am. TV lacked English channels but we didn’t spend much time with the telly on so didn’t bother...

"Clean room with a very comfortable bed. The restaurant downstairs was fantastic with beautiful architecture. The fridge was well stocked with the choice to order wine from local vineyards. We had a wonderful time while walking around the wonderful streets in the area, so much to do, all close by."

"Fun place to stay ! Lost of entertainment. To me, room light was very minimal. My room smelled a lot of cigarette, even though I reserved a non smoking room. But very cute place "

"Room was clean and beds were comfy. Reception staff were friendly. Unfortunately we didn't sleep well at all due to the level of noise. We could hear guests in the corridors VERY clearly, hear people in the rooms next to us, doors opening and closing throughout the night etc. There was even a cleaner in the room opposite at one point having a very loud phone conversation, even when we'd hung the sign asking for quiet on our door."

"Perfect hotel for visiting as a tourist. The location is fantastic at the edge of the Old Town. A lot of the tourist sites are within easy walking distance. Staff were very welcoming on arrival and helpful throughout. The room was immaculately clean. It was also surprisingly quiet, particularly given the city centre location. No problems with noise even with the windows open. This is where I will be staying on my future visits to Prague."

"An sich praktisches Konzept, ohne Rezeption. Aber es ist auch niemand erreichbar, wenn man was braucht, weder telefonisch noch per Email. Das geht gar nicht... Einmal und nie wieder. Ansonsten war das Zimmer für die Nacht wunderbar, sauber, neu, relativ ruhig. "

We would recommend Iron Gate Hotel, very clean facilities, excellent restaurant and bar, the staff are very attentive and the food is excellent, only thing is that the breakfast wasn’t very hot but that is the only thing.
