"I can’t rate this hotel highly enough. Not only is it a stunning building and immaculately kept, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I had made an error with my reservation, no fault of the hotel, and the gentleman who checked me in went out of his way to help me rectify it, even offering me a free drink at the bar while he worked it out for me. Sadly I didn’t get his name but I hope he gets recognised for his exceptional customer service"
