"We attempted to do an early check in. Checked in but our room wasn’t going to be ready until 4 pm. We were able to use the facilities though. But it had to call front desk because no one contacted me to advise me that my room was ready, as they said they would. Then I get to my room and all four rooms f my keys did not work. "I loved the staff, hospitality and amenities. However our ocean view was blocked by a building, the AC could’ve worked better, no room service was received out first day, and the room has a ton of chips and looks worn down/old. The staffs friendliness and the ability to borrow beach products, including a mat and kids beach toys really helped boost their rating.
